Tebuconazole Pesticide Tolerances Established by FDA

The US FDA has set tolerances for residues of the fungicide tebuconazole in cherries at 4.0 ppm and peaches at 1.0 ppm, following a petition from Miles, Inc. (now Bayer Corp.) to regulate these levels under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
