VA to Renew Matching Program for VA Patient Income Data

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is set to renew a computer matching program that compares Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Social Security Administration (SSA) income records with VA patient income data, with matches expected to start on or about January 1, 1996, following a 30- or 40-day notice period.
