East Cooper and Berkeley Railroad Exemption in South Carolina

The Surface Transportation Board has granted East Cooper and Berkeley Railroad an exemption from prior approval requirements, allowing the railroad to construct and operate a 1.7-mile rail line in Berkeley County, South Carolina, without needing to obtain approval from the Commission.
