Gateway Western Railway Company Seeks Exemption from Trackage Rights Rules

The Gateway Western Railway Company has submitted a proposal to the Surface Transportation Board for an exemption from the trackage rights rules, which would allow the company to operate on certain rail lines owned by The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
