DOE Proposes Amendment to Payroll System of Records for Health Studies

The Department of Energy is required to publish a notice in the Federal Register about proposed changes to its Payroll and Pay-Related Data For Employees Of Terminated Contractors system, which would allow for the disclosure of certain employee records for health studies and surveys.
