The Department of Energy (DOE) announced the availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP) Stabilization, Hanford Site, Richland, Benton County, in the Federal Register on December 5, 1995 (60 FR 62244). This announcement extends the date for the end of the comment period provided in that Federal Register announcement.
