This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Columbia, CA. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 35 has made this proposal necessary. The intended effect of this proposal is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight (IFR) operations at Columbia Airport, Columbia, CA.
