Transportation of Hazardous Materials By Rail; Miscellaneous Amendments

The RSPA is proposing to update the Department's Hazardous Materials Regulations to improve safety and reduce costs for those transporting hazardous materials by rail, in response to industry petitions and RSPA initiatives.
