Antidrug Program for Personnel Engaged in Specified Aviation Activities

The FAA has determined that the minimum annual random drug testing rate for the period January 1, 1996, through December 31, 1996, will remain at 25 percent of covered aviation employees since the industry-wide random drug testing positive rate continues to be below 1.0 percent.
