EEOC Announces Dates for Second Meeting of Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has set the dates for the second meeting of the Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee for Regulatory Guidance on Unsupervised Waivers of Rights and Claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). The committee's first meeting took place from December 6-7, 1995, in Washington, D.C.
