Union Pacific Railroad Company Seeks Certificate of Interim Trail Use for Abandoned Rail Line in Idaho

The Rails to Trails Conservancy is requesting the immediate issuance of a certificate allowing the use of a 71.5-mile rail line in Idaho for a trail, pending environmental review and resolution of conditions set by the Interstate Commerce Commission in 1992.
