Employee Protection Policies; Minor Amendments

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is amending its regulations related to notices to workers and to employee protection policies. This action is necessary to require the use of an updated NRC Form 3, update a telephone number, and to clarify the applicability of employment discrimination policies.
