FAA Adopts Changes to Domestic Flag, Supplemental, Commuter, and On-Demand Operations Regulations

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted changes to its regulations, primarily aimed at correcting errors and clarifying intent, without imposing new restrictions, in response to the 1995 regulations published on December 20, 1995 (60 FR 65832).
