Bank Secrecy Act Compliance; Fair Credit Reporting; Technical Amendments

The OCC is amending its Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Fair Credit Reporting regulations to make minor, non-substantive technical amendments. These technical amendments update citations in OCC regulations to the reorganized Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Department of theTreasury (FinCEN) BSA regulations.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection Renewal; Comment Request

The FDIC, as part of its obligations under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the request to renew the existing information collections described below (OMB Control No. 3064-0140; -0176). Reciprocal Deposits: Implementing the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is amending its brokered deposit regulations to conform with recent changes to section 29 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act made by section 902 of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act related to reciprocal deposits, which took effect on July 11, 2026.
