General Services Administration Amends Acquisition Regulation to Implement Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act

The General Services Administration has updated its Acquisition Regulation to reflect changes related to protests, disputes, and appeals, as well as small business programs and subcontractor payments, following the passage of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
