US Government Agrees on Rule to Combat Unfair Trade Practices and Mislabeling of American Products
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to address unfair trade practices and the mislabeling of products as 'Made in America'.
