Federal Acquisition Regulation to Include Guidance on Overhead Should-Cost Reviews

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to add guidance on overhead should-cost reviews, a move that was exempt from Office of Management and Budget review under Executive Order 12866, issued on September 30, 1993.
