General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation Revised to Allow Design-Build Selection Procedures for Lease Construction Projects

The General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation has been amended to permit the use of design-build selection procedures for lease construction projects, subject to meeting the statutory criteria, building on the 1996 amendment to the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949.
