Federal Acquisition Regulation; Final Indirect Cost Rates

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to change the procedures for calculating final indirect cost rates. This change was not subject to review by the Office of Management and Budget under a specific executive order dated September 30, 1993.
