Federal Acquisition Regulation; Performance Incentives for Fixed-Price Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to allow performance incentives alone in fixed-price contracts, without the need for cost incentives, and to make editorial changes to related clauses.
