CAAC and DARC Propose Deleting Drug-Free Workplace Certification Requirement from FAR

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to remove the requirement for contractors to certify a drug-free workplace from the Federal Acquisition Regulation, exempting this change from Office of Management and Budget review.
