US Government Agencies Agree on Patent Guidance for Federal Acquisition Regulation
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized a rule to provide internal guidance on using patents without patent holder authorization, exempt from Office of Management and Budget review and not considered a major rule.
