General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation; Implementation of FAC 90-39 and Miscellaneous Changes
The General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) is amended to implement a portion of FAC 90-39 which amended the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to revise the approval levels for the justification of other than full and open competition and to make editorial changes.
