Federal Acquisition Regulation; Novation and Related Agreements

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to simplify the process of novation and name changes, exempting this change from review by the Office of Management and Budget under a 1993 executive order.
