Federal Acquisition Regulation to Allow Electronic Funds Transfers for Federal Contract Payments

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to address electronic funds transfers for Federal contract payments, following Public Law 104-134, and to facilitate implementation of this mandate in certain situations.
