Federal Acquisition Regulation; Contingent Fees Withdrawn

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have withdrawn the proposed rule on contingent fees due to public comments, citing that current cost principles are adequate to assess the allowability of these costs.
