OCC, Board, and FDIC Amend Community Reinvestment Act Regulations
The OCC, Board, and FDIC are updating their Community Reinvestment Act regulations to adjust the asset-size thresholds for small banks and savings associations, based on the annual percentage change in the Consumer Price Index.
