Commission Decides Not to Modify or Vacate Temporary Relief in Investigation

The Commission has issued a temporary limited exclusion order and a temporary cease and desist order, pending the posting of a bond by the complainant, following its determination not to modify or vacate the initial determination granting temporary relief in the investigation.
