U.S. Government Seeks to Enforce Patent on Neodymium-Iron-Boron Magnets

The U.S. government is taking enforcement action against companies that manufacture or import certain neodymium-iron-boron magnets, magnet alloys, and articles containing these magnets, in accordance with a patent held by Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.
