Guidelines for Examination of Design Patent Applications For Computer-Generated Icons

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is publishing the final version of guidelines for reviewing design patent applications for computer-generated icons. These guidelines, which govern internal practices, do not require public notice and comment, as they fall under 5 U.S.C. 553(b)(A).
