NLRB Extends Deadline for Comments on Proposed Rule Changes

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has extended the deadline for filing comments on proposed rule changes, which would eliminate the notice-to-show-cause procedure in summary judgment cases and remove provisions allowing parties to file petitions for advisory opinions on jurisdiction, in response to a request from the American Bar Association Subcommittee on NLRB Practice and Procedure.
