FERC Amends Regulations to Include TAPS Carriers in Cost-of-Service Filing Requirements

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is updating its rules to require cost-of-service filings for carriers transporting oil to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, which were previously exempted under the Energy Policy Act of 1992.
