Federal Agencies Seek Public Comment on Proposed Revisions to FFIEC 009 and FFIEC 009a Reports

The OCC, the Board, and the FDIC are requesting public input on a proposal to expand and update the Country Exposure Report (FFIEC 009) and the Country Exposure Information Report (FFIEC 009a) to collect more information on foreign entity exposures, with the goal of modifying the reports based on public feedback and submitting them to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
