Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests Extension of Approval for Electrically Operated Toys and Children's Articles Regulations

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend the approval of its regulations on electrically operated toys and children's articles, which aim to reduce the risk of injury to children from electric shock and burns, through December 31, 1999.
