Piedmont Crescent Communications, Inc. Loses Reconsideration Petition for Channel Allotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied Piedmont Crescent Communications, Inc.'s petition for reconsideration of a 1992 report that granted Channel 224A to Harrisburg, North Carolina, and partially denied another proposal by Piedmont to substitute Channel 264A for Channel 265A at Albemarle, North Carolina.
