This document requests comments on a petition filed by David A White proposing the allotment of UHF Television Channel 30+ to Irma, Wisconsin, as that community's first local television service. Canadian concurrence will be requested for this allotment at coordinates 45-21- 06 and 89-40-06. There is a plus offset on Channel 30.
