Federal Communications Commission Adopts Policy Statement on International Accounting Rate Reform

The Federal Communications Commission released a public notice on January 31, 1996, requesting supplemental comments and reply comments in response to a proposal to reform international accounting rates, following a policy statement adopted earlier that year.
