Radio Broadcasting Services; Plattsmouth, NE, and Osceola, IA - Commission Requests Comments on Petition for Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on a petition by Platte Broadcasting Company, Inc. to swap Channel 295C3 for Channel 295A in Plattsmouth, NE, and modify the license of Station KOTD-FM to operate on the higher class channel. The Commission also proposes a similar swap for Osceola, IA, and Station KJJC, allowing the use of Channel 296C2 at the station's current transmitter site.
