Radio Broadcasting Services; Ely, Hermantown and Pine City, MN - Request for Comments on Channel Substitution and Modification

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Harbor Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 221C3 for Channel 221A at Hermantown, Minnesota, and modify the construction permit for Channel 221A to operate on Channel 221C3. The FCC also plans to propose similar changes at Ely and Pine City, Minnesota, and will request Canadian concurrence due to the proximity of these communities to the U.S.-Canada border.
