Waiver of Bid Withdrawal Payment Provisions for Georgia Independent PCS Corporation

The Federal Communications Commission has reduced Georgia Independent PCS Corporation's bid withdrawal payment for the broadband PCS C block auction to the minimum bid increment of $569,898, following a request filed on March 6, 1995.
