FCC Adopts New Rules for Digital Connectivity

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted a new report and order to include terminal equipment connected to Basic Rate Access Service and ISDN access technology, as well as equipment for Public Switched Digital Service, to promote end-to-end digital connectivity for consumers.
