FCC Denies Petition for Rule Making for Station KSEA(FM)

The FCC denied a petition by Troposphere Broadcasting Limited Partnership to change the channel allocation for Station KSEA(FM) in Greenfield and Del Rey Oaks, California, and to modify the station's construction permit to reflect Del Rey Oaks as the community of license. The decision was made public in the Federal Register on February 7, 1991 (56 FR 05191).
