This document requests comments on a petition filed by Melinda Hancock proposing the allotment of Channel 229A to Harrietta, Michigan, as that community's first local service. Canadian concurrence will be requested for this allotment at coordinates 44-16-38 and 85-41-55. There is a site restriction 3.6 kilometers (2.3 miles) south of the community. The site is in the Manistee National Forest.
