Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection: Fair Housing Home Loan Data System Regulation
The OCC is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, Fair Housing Home Loan Data System Regulation, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC invites the general public and other Federal agencies to provide feedback on the proposed renewal within 60 days.
