US Food Safety Agencies Seek Comments on Transportation and Storage of Potentially Hazardous Foods

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are requesting input on approaches to enhance food safety during transportation and storage of meat, poultry, eggs, dairy products, and other potentially hazardous foods, which can cause foodborne illness.
