USDA Announces Availability of Determination of Nonregulated Status for Genetically Engineered Potato Lines
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has made available the determination of nonregulated status for genetically engineered potato lines, allowing these crops to be grown commercially without additional regulatory oversight.
