U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Food Ingredients

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license to Opta Food Ingredients, Inc. for the use of a patented food ingredient composition, with the license to be effective for all uses in the food ingredients field.
