U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Biocontrol Agent Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license to biosys of Palo Alto, California, for U.S. Patent No. 5,061,697, which covers adherent autoencapsulating spray formulations of biocontrol agents, issued on October 29, 1991.
