U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to Pioneer Hi-Bred International

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. a limited exclusive license to develop a patented plant variety related to low phytic acid mutants, following the publication of a notice in the Federal Register on June 21, 1994.
