USDA Amends Cotton Board Rules to Reflect 1994 Cotton Prices

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service has updated the Cotton Board Rules and Regulations to adjust the supplemental assessment on imported cotton, based on the 12-month average price of Upland cotton received by US farmers in 1994.
